Dear Daryl,
I am just writing to thank you for your excellent service. Your prompt aattention and expert advice was invaluable to us.
As you know other companies had just recommended removing the whole trunk/stem. This would have left us with an unbalanced tree that may have possible fallen in time; and an open space to the left of our driveway.
Your knowledge and advice has saved a 50 year old tree that could not be replaced in our lifetime. We now also keep our wonderful outlook from both the balcony and the property entry.
With the limb removal carried out and the cables in place I can now sleep soundly on a windy night!
As you stated the cables are unobtrusive and would not be noticed unless pointed out. The other 'dead wooding' around the play area and pool was also carried out in a professional manner. The wood which we requested to keep for our open fire was placed neatly in one area and cut to a usable length.
